Client Brief:     -     Advised client on feasibility of alterations before property was purchased and then worked through designs to add an annex, large open plan kitchen, master bedroom, games room and further extensions/alterations as required. Completed the planning application, recommended a local building contractor for the project and apropos for the glazing.
